if you want to use that power setup on a foamie it will probly work on this plane i built one and its a ton of fun here is where you can buy 6mm depron http://www.rcfoam.com/
and here is a build thread and plans for it its a 45in. edge 540 its a torque rolling machine. just make shure you use a pull pull stup on the rudder its way more acurate. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1022608
any questions just let me know. the good thing about doing this is youll have plans and a ton of foam so when it gets too crapped up from all the repairs you can just build a new one. good luck with whatever you go with.
