The flying wires stay attached to the fuse. You then screw them into the cabanes which need to be screwed down with the same screws. So like John said, no extra time to put the plane together at the field.
as a note, I have seen the plane fly without the wires and do some 3-D. The plane appeared to be fine for the few months I saw it do this. BUT! This is not reccomended by the manufacturer though!
Since the setup time at the field is the same, I'll be using the wires on mine.
