Not according to Webster. Unless you were
inside the turtle deck.
Concave is curved inward "like a bowl" according to good ole' Webster.
Convex is curved outward "like a sphere". Or the top of a piston.
'Course I thought it curved down from the canopy to the base of the Rudder. Not straight as usual.
May be that my perspective is scewed as it has been known to be before.
