We still need to determine price but I am thinking it will be about the same ballpark as a DLE60. We will offer pre-orders when they are on the way.
Unlike some other threads this is good news. Put me in the tickle file!

Thanks Brian

Brian. It is something I am working on with him. I am just going to have to get some cowl measurements and show him the advantage and I think he will do it. If not I will put together a conversion kit for the 1/4 plugs.

Hope you are well.

I am sure everyone wants to know the cap to cap dimensions on the 70 whenever they are available. I just put a DA-70 in a 3DHS 92" Edge, and it made me want to cry when I had to cut a gash in the side of the cowl to get the plug cap to clear.

Anyone tried a EME-60 on a RE2 yet? I have both of these laying around.

I can't wait to get one. Love the EME engine I have purchased 5 of these, two 35's two 60's and a 120 and they all run like a Swiss watch. I have an airframe waiting for my new EME 70 twin. Mike mentioned the price will be comparable to the DLE 60 which I believe is around 550

I've got a serious question- I have an EME 120, flown 2 or 3 times one afternoon after tuning it on the ground-not even broken in yet. Thinking about either swapping it into my 144" Super Cub, or trying to sell it.

How are they holding up? Anyone have over 50 gallons through one yet? I know the early ones had some crank issues. Any bottom end issues?

I didn't have 50 gallons, maybe closer to 12 when I sold mine but it was still not broke in (cross hatch present on walls) and outside of a few small things from being in the first batch that TDRC got it was fine. It did have typical bearing noise like you hear from pretty much any china engine but nothing abnormal.

What's the going word on the 70 twin?? I have not checked in here for quite a while and thinking about an inexpensive solution for a 70cc engine for a design I'm kicking around.
