Any idea what the price will be? I have the 43% Edge and love it. Would love to add this plane to the ol Hanger......

FG definitely got the head start on these, and we are working on the web pages.
We are still waiting on some of the cost figures to get the final price.
These prices can be expected to be in line with the big Edges, with a slight increase for the more costly carbon fiber landing gears. These CF gears are not the typical composite gears like those that usually delaminate: they are thin, air foiled, lighter and much tougher; the fabrication process is also a bit more expensive, but well worth it.
The Edges from the new batch will also have a new CF landing gear, with slight increase in cost. The new Edges will have re-designed, re-enforced wings as well for the few guys who fly the planes extra-hard.
The included hardware packages are very complete like in all the recent PAU planes, with no need for upgrades.

I forgot to mention that my 123" Extra has aluminum gear, so the production planes should have a slight advantage on finished weight.

Will the new CF gear fit the old Edges? will they be available separately? Would like to put mine on a diet.

We are going to receive some extra landing gears as well, and these will be available for updating Edges already sold.
The new version of the 37% Ultimate will also have CF landing gear. However, they will not be usable on the old Ultimate: the new landing gear will be mounted father forward, and swept back as it should for scale looks.

Hey Tim, yeah you were the afternoon shift and we were the morning! We had a blast as always, its a shame we missed ya - we'll have to catch up next time.

WOW, another great looking and flying plane by PAU. Which one to get???????

Here are a few size comparison shots with the 150cc PAU Extra and Edge. Those of you who have seen the Edge know it's not a small plane either.

In the morning I will be on my way to the factory to check the shipment before loading the container.
I wish I could bring back a few of these big Extras as carry-on for you guys...
...but we'll just have to wait for the container.
I am jealous of Ryan who has the only 150cc Extra!

I'm starting my 3rd yr. of flying. I've owned one of the first 50cc Extras that came out. I got sold on the Looks. I soon found out what a great flying plane it was. I did my first Knife Edge, 4 point roll, outside loop, flat spin, Hover and just about every maneuver that I can now do. I can also do this years IMAC Basic Sequence. All because of the confidence I felt by flying this plane. I've been licking my chops for the red one since Joe Nall. That is my next step up. I'll be ordering one as soon as they are available. I expect it to be even better then my 50cc, if that is possible.
