But where are the wings ?
Thanks! The wings go against the wall between the wall and the plane.

This is my first post on FG. I've looked at every page in this thread and found some great ideas. Thought I'd share my trailer build too. I bought a 6x12 V-nose from Colony Cargo in southern Georgia. I wanted something a little flashy, so this is what I started with.

When I started this project I didn't plan to insulate the walls of the trailer, but after reading about other guys doing it, I figured it was now or never. I have no plans to heat or cool it, but it gets pretty hot in the south, so anything to slow the heat transfer. I used 1" rigid pink foam from HD. I even insulated the ramp door. At this stage I decided to not insulate the ceiling . A thin layer of insulation was installed at the factory and I figured that would be enough for now.

After tearing everything apart to install the insulation, I replaced the plywood walls and painted them white. Next I decided to go with a red, white, and blue theme by using a blue wood dye on the floor. It was a bright blue at first, but a few coats of floor grade poly darkened it up some.

The blue floor looks bad @ss. Kinda looks like Staind concrete

I can't speak for others on this thread, but my experience is that most of the heat inside of my trailer comes from the roof. I used foam board insulation and spray glue, then covered it with 1/8" plywood for my ceiling. Made a big difference. Before insulating my ceiling I could feel the heat on my head when I walked in it on a suny day. Your blue floor looks awesome!

Yep - the heat reflected inside a trailer from the roof can be a downer

I think it's done! Once the weather cooperates, I will be able to test her out.

That trailer is killer Wildchild. Love your graphics too. What is the large metal pole leaning against the wall in front the planes?
