Yes Dave the header is full length with a quarter in gap between header and can.
I will try to post a picture of it when I get home. The two into one header really leaves room in the cowl and makes for easy install.

I have not weighed the setup but with a single med. can I would bet it is no heaver than the two stock mufflers.

Cool Rich, Can't wait to see a video of it running/flying. This seems to be a very popular combo.

Looks fine! But those silicone couplers won't last, they get brittle and/or dissolve in petrol oil gases. Teflon is the only thing that works.

It actually take a long time to get to them with only a 1/8th" gap. We have some that have been flying for over 2 years. I used to know a place that could produce any custom size Teflon coupler. I lost the guys number years ago and can't seem to remember the name of the place.

Big shout out to Dave. His canisters rock. I bought these canisters to reduce the sound due to noise requirements at my field. They did reduce my db by 4. The one thing I did not expect was to gain a solid 500 in rpm. My DLE 111 always ran strong but it turned it into an animal. I did not adjust anything. Might have to lean the low end a touch it hesitates a little when you punch it. Very happy!

Thanks
Adam

Wow! Over the years I have had reports of some power gains with our Pro Flow Canisters but this has to be the largest yet! I'm very glad to hear you are happy with the overall performance. Have fun flying

Here's my setup in a 94" MXS and DA70. I'm running two small Pro Flow Canisters. I haven't had a chance to run it yet. This us my first experience, with cans and I'm excited to try them out and break them in.

That is an interesting wrap on the headers, What is that material? Very clean install!

It's rescue tape, I added it in addition to the Teflon tape that came on them. It isn't sticky, but when stretched it fuses to itself and seals. It's also supposed to be good to 500 F.

That stuff looks like it would be handy to have around.

It's pretty nice. A little on the expensive side though (for tape).
