before this plane I have ran the cans in my 2 2.6m extras and so far I am pleased with the power both engines provide, the more I fly 300sx I like it and I cannot wait until I get the plane finished, I slept late today so I have only just tinkered with the nw 12fga radio, I had trouble getting the second reciever to activate but I changed voltage to 6v and reset the freq, now it is working, now I need to both the rx at the same time to insure they both work the way they should.

Hi, today I got a few staff I needed to complete my plane, this are, a realistic pilot from RedaeroRc.com, a DA 150 standard mufflers, Mejzlik 32x10 prop, Smart Fly Pwr System Eq6 turbo, and my tail wheel from white rose engineering,
Let me tell ya this thing looks sweet specially the pilot and tail wheel.

what is everyone doing about their choke??? are all of you putting a servo in for this or just a flex rod through the bottom of the cowl???
Anyway.........We've got POWER....all servos have been centered, all but 3 extentions have been made,throttle,and both msa-10's on each side of the fuse for ailerons.
about 2 hours or less of work and this puppy will be complete....I said about 2 hours on Sunday and this puppy will be complete..(I still need graphics) but other than this it will be finished and on Sunday I will put the plane outside and start the engine for the first time.
Seems like a long build but it sure is worth it to have it finished finally!!!!sorry no new pictures but I will take some tomorrow when I put the bird together, depending on how fast I can get it range checked, started, and a final check done on the plane I just might take her out and do the Madien flight.....I started shacking when I was typing that.took a while to get the transmitter figured out on the 2 rx's and on the end points on the throttle but we have a winner in my book,shoot I just remembered I still have to hang it upside down and do a latteral balance check!!!

I use a servo for my choke, and I just finished repairing the landing gear.........yes I put a heat shield on the landing gear 1/16 ply, I just bolted it in.

Cant wait to here the engine run on that bad boy.

For the choke, I just made a small rod and dropped it through the cowl through a rubber grommit. No hassle about where to mount the servo and one less thing to add weight or possibility of failure!

thats what I was thinking Andrew, I think that is the best way to go.
I am waiting on my pants to dry before I get going on the rest of the build, then I will take it outside and see what this puppy is made of....

other than a few odds and ends, lat. balance this puppy is finished and I ran the engine and did a range check with antennas inside the air frame...WOW..WOW...WOW...WOW...
the power of the engine on this plane is going to be phenominal, and will try to take your legs out from underneath you ..... hope this video loads correct.. so here it is folks, I primed the supply line with my fuel pump while I flipped the prop until I was satisfied that fuel was to the carb, I may need to adjust the low side just a little, sounds like it is trying to load up,rich I think i need to lean the low side out just a bit.
