The FARM is much more than the best Huckfest , and not knocking it. It is the best fly in , with the best friends , with the best family/friends , followed by some Great eats , then when the sun goes down , followed by shooting skeet and having the best times.

I know what you mean, I was running my 56" cat with a quickdraw (35cc) engine at Stone Mountain park and this sheriff tapped me on the shoulder and said if that boat isn't on the dock in thirty seconds he was going to arrest me. I was only going 50mph!

People have already begun requesting rooms . Campos your second in line . Only 6 rooms there and 2 taken now . The 1st one is taken by someone who didnt stay there last time . So it is looking like things will be shaken up somewhat . 6 beds , and 2 couches . 1 mattress up stairs . Lots of floor space . Who`s gonna get a spot ?

Not to mention we have to make sure we can rent it again for the same small fee . Everyone cross your fingers .

Yes , there were a few who camped at the field last year . Chumley and Richard shared a space . Jackie camped . Gatorbait camped . Among others . You know we are limited on space but we will make do .

And Shoytbus camped at the lodge .

Starting a new work schedule that has me...OH...Not so happy...Noon to 8 at night Tues,Wed and Fri and my normal hours of 7:30 to 3:30 Mon and Thurs,not to mention the 3hr drive in and out every day I would have to say,this is about the last STRAW....That schedule just leaves no time to get anything done.......By the time i get home on the night shift,it will give me enough time to go to sleep to be up at my normal 5:30 to do the day shift .....Uggggggggggggggg.Think i will go out to the Daytona field tomorrow morning and do some heavy thinking over a few flights in the 20mph winds we are going to have.

Screw getting the model ICON 5. I am getting the full scale version when it comes out in 2015....I better start saving money! Its perfect for our lake with 750' landing and take off distance!
