new FAA regulations

I been flying over 40 years.
I am registered.
I don't belong to any clubs but a AMA member for 40+ years.
I fly just around my house.
Are they making you people putting your registration number on the out side of your plane now. I see a lot of current videos that people have no numbers on there planes. I think even for our planes now it is required.

The way I read it they are making us to take a knowledge test and have it available upon request of law enforcement.
The test is not available yet but by november this year we all need that knowledge test.

I talked to my buddy who flies at a club and was the president and asked him about it and he looked at me like I had a hole in my head.
He didn't know what i was talking about.
If I want to join a club
Shouldn't they have to follow the same FAA rules as everyone else.

So I would need that knowledge test to join.
The knowledge is mandatory for anyone who wants to fly
anything.

On the videos comment. I comply with the rules but you'd never see my FAA number in a video, its very small and under the horizontal stab.
