What would I do??

First thing I would do is to buy KC Hobby in Archdale, move it to Raleigh. Then I would quit my job and work at the hobby shop. (I worked at a hobby shop years ago and it was the most fun I ever had at a job. Too bad it did not pay much.)

I would only sell decent trainers, none of these throttle-n-rudder "anti-crash" POS cheapies.

For that matter, sell the trainers at cost.

Extend the runway at RDRC.

Build a kick-ass clubhouse at the field.

I've already got my private ticket, so I would probably buy a really nice J3 Cub to putt around in.

I have replayed this scenario in my heads a thousand times on those sleepless nights when you wonder if its ever going to gte better.. so ehre is my take.

1. pay off my parents house
2. pay off the in-laws house
3. all parents get cars of their choice
4. buy 200+ acres in the area and build my dream house along with the obligatory runway built with putting grass green for the surface
5. buy a Lamborghini Murcielago, Aston Martin DB9, Benz S55, Range Rover Sport
6. Give my closest friends cash to help them live an easier life
7. build my business and take onto the next level
8. buy a Ciruss G22 full scaler to make hops to the beach on the weekends
9. travel the world with the w-w-w-w-w wife unit!
10. relax like a mo-fo

Go to the lottery commision and pick up the money to be sure that it is not a dream. Then stop at the nearest Cadillac dealership to pick up the new ride or two. I would have to figure it all out from there, cause I don't plan on it ever happening to me. But it sure would be fun spending it.
