After you get the new cases installed ZI would recommend an aluminum back plate to take the vibration from the motor. I had to do this with a 3W-110 on the long stand-offs on a H9 Extra 260. After the plate was installed no more problems.

I do not have the plane but it is really simple ----get a 3/8" aluminum plate cut to shape to match the stand-off's---drill holes on the 4 corners for the stand-off bolts to go through from the motor mount. The aluminum plate takes the vibration and keeps the motor mounts from breaking.

so the holes drilled the bolts go threw the motor lugs thur the the alumin backplate and then into standoffs and then I guess i have to drill a big whole for the carb to go though

When you get the motor repaired, just take a dremmel with a metal file on it, and carefully file the "L" off of the logo on the cylinder head. it will start on the 3rd flip and run flawlessly for years!

Sorry... couldn't resist.

Yes, if you have rear carb a large hole will be needed. I had both plates---one with the hole to lighten it and another without the hole---I could not tell the difference.

You might want to consider a GravyGoodness mount. He machines aluminum that will replace your standoffs so you will have no extra stresses on your lugs - probably never have any problem again.

Gravy will custom make a mount to your specs. Here is a photo of mine on my 100cc (DLE111) Red Aero MX2:

I have a #11 (EME55) with a DLE55 crank. It ran good on the bench. I will put it in an airframe soon.

It's worse than that. Think of inbreeding a small group of cousins and you'll get a better grasp of it.
Thanks to past efforts of Jedijody & other current DLE dealers, DLE has a rather decent customer support, better than most in that list. They're not ALL bad, but watch yourselves.

Some claim one (or more) in that list have (rejected?) parts in theirs which came from DLE, just re-branded. One guy found "DLE" stamped on some internal parts, another popped off a brand badge from the outside of his eng to find another brand name underneath!

You want quality, you pay for it.
You want cheap.....you get cheap junk, and pay for such later on.
