100cc Hiper Bipe is in and Ive got Pics

This is awesome Ive never had a bipe quite like this 87" w.s. and super great cover job and colors Light and beautiful or should I say volumptious! Bill says its fuse gives it unique flight and 3d.....we shall see. now how do I post a pic....hummmm

100 CC Hiper Bipe from Bill Hemple

Hello Robert Hough pronounced Huff here and Ive got the new 100cc Hiper Bipe on the table. Its Very Light and strong functional opening door 87" ws and volumptious that a good looking phat girl! If you want more pics holler..right now Im still getting this girl together.

What S/N did you get?

I bought one to but I am in Canada and had itshipped to a friend of mine in MI as I will be heading their in mid-June for an IMAC contest.

What engine are you going with? are you doing straight stock mufflers ot are you doing cans do you know what drop we need if DA100/120?

Have you weighed the bare airframe yet?

I think we can start looking at doing the 40% version now. This will be the most popular size because you can pull anything with this size airplane. We can have our design team design this airframe for a 150cc-220cc motor!

I will go through your emails you sen me on the information on the Pawne and get working on it. I hope Pete Goldsmith is wrong about his statement about the market size.

Because you are much more familiar with this airplane/airframe, is there anything in particular that needs special attention?

I was trying to post pictures of the 60% L4 all slid together and the 60% Super Cub in The Piper Cruiser colors but my images are no good. I will try to get some tonight and post them.

Ok what I would like to see and will help you to get the jump on Pete is fit the model standard with a hopper or an option kit I can help you out here, bottom hinge the flaps and frise the ailerons as per full size opening doors with load hatch in the front (infront of windscreen) and if possible proper fabric covering as this is something the other guys won't offer and last but not least have the tow release fitted at the base of the caibin where it meets the turtle deck. If you wanted to go one step further than anyone else ever has make the fin and tail from rolled alloy tube, 16mm for 40%, this is how I made mine. I also used alloy arrow shaft for the longerons, so far very light and tough as nails.

Oh yah nearly forgot the sprung main gear, if you modify the tooling for your Cub to be sprung from the middle up inside the fuse and the rest is the same, wing section just like the cub, flat bottom with Phillips entry. For me as mentioned before would have to be a 50% pawnee to tow my 50% ASW 22 ..... the ultimate combination and I do love them so, they really are the best fun to play with at low altitude doing the biggest reverse stall turns down the strip. I love my 80" and can't wait for the bigger ones to appear.
