Question
Trying to locate a particular gas engine mount.

Ok...
I thought I'd stored this information somewhere, but I cannot find it.
Several folks sell engine mounts, including one Company that has a design which includes a portion of the mount that goes on the backside of the motor box, (firewall) and "sandwiches" the wooden firewall (for lack of a better term) and includes metal tubes that go through the firewall to prevent compression of same.
Who sells this mount?

Thanks,
Phil

I have one of those, and with a DA 200 on front. after 70 flights, has not come loose. the 4 tabs on this back mount has threads, so my 4 mounting bolts, i believe 6 mm, screw into them, and that is only thing holding it in!!

LOL!!

I know, ball-sy, and that plate is quite thin too. Weighs almost nothing. But strong!

Nice design, especially if you glue that on with Hysol EA-120, 3M 2216, etc. The adhesive would totally distribute the loads.

Cam, are the bolts the same size as the normal bolts I'd use in a DA-150?

Ok, so it has metal tubes that go through the firewall, which are just slightly shorter than the wood is thick? I've never used these, sorry.
