Extreme flight 48" Edge exp

I've got 65mg's all around. They are ok. I've stripped a couple of them over the years. I have now started using Airtronics 94809's and have been very impressed with them.

Just did 4 flights on it....what a blast! The landing gear plate did crack after 2 flights. They were both soft landings, so i came home and soaked some thin ca everywhere and then added some 5 min epoxy in some what looked weak spots. Did 2 more flights, and the plate held great. Cant wait to fly it some more. Total weight of mine was 2lb 15oz

Ditto, except mine are all ATX 94809's on everything now. Tired of losing airplanes to stripped gears on those HS65mg's.

I have a friend selling off some stuff too that he asked me to help him sell ( he is from another state and not on any "Forums" ) because he is "quitting" the hobby...

I am placing my order for this plane to kick around while at work since having my 7 monh old on the weekend while mama makes more money keeps me from flying my 37%er.

Question about the C rating on the batteries....what range should i be looking for? Getting a 4s nano tech and want to get the right one. new to electrics

4s 2650 25C Nano's work awesome in the 48" Audi. I've run them for a full season now, and they're still in perfect shape. They really make this Edge rip and 3D amazingly well with a Xoar 13x5 woodie on it. Puts out a couple hundred more watts than the 12x6APC-E if I remember correctly. They do have to be pushed nearly all the way forward even, and she's still really tail heavy. Perfect for 3D only though. I have all the watt readings written down somewhere... Prob in this thread.

Audi, you will love this plane! The higher the C rating, the more usefull Mah you can pull out of total capacity, so get the highest you can afford/purchase. It will work great with any C rating on 4S. I have some that are 20C, 25C, and 30C. With the higher C, you can fly longer and still have the needed power etc.

they sold out of the red/whit/blue so i am going with the blue/white mxs. just didn't like the red edge and i have the patience of a hungry baby! Ill fly the SFG's to stable out the wing rock i have heard about! Cant wait to get the shipping comf!

Ive had the edge & mxs.IMO the mxs is a nobrainer,tumbles,spins,fast,slow,smooth,violent,y ou name it.The edge is more floaty & stable,fun to fly but no where near as much fun as the mxs.When the 60 & 78 mxs come out I will own both of them.88 mxs with a dle 55 or da 60 would be the real deal.I think I might even rob components out of my 89 slick if it were avaliable & I love my 89 slick a whole bunch.Chris,did you read my last sentence.Im serious about what I said.50cc mxs,that would be the shiznit
