First of all, yes this is my first post so HELLO EVERYBODY!. I have learned a ton from reading posts by MANY very smart people who post here, and the positive friendly atmosphere makes it that much better.

I wanted to praise Fromeco for such excellent customer service. Long story short, Mike at Fromeco replaced a POSSIBLY defective brand new battery with little questions asked. The situation seemed to him to merit a replacement so he is sending one right out. Done! A most pleasant conversation with him.

I switched to Li Ions recently and chose Fromeco because of all the positive things I have read about them on TFG, and they were correct.

I've had the same service with them. Had a cell go bad in a new pack I bought and they replaced it no questions asked. Can't ask for anything more.
