Fromeco service

Hi guys,
Any idea why Fromeco dont respond to any emails? I have bought and paid stuff from them, but apart of electronic invoice, havnt heard from them for almost two weeks, neither got reply to my emails.
Is this a reliable company or better buy elswhere?

I'm gonna guess that they are buried because they rock.

Seriously they are a small business. Not automated replies and all that stuff. No Hobby King or Tower hobbies.

I wouldn't get switches from anybody else. The best.

Thanks,
Well, no question bout the quality...I use their batteries and switchs for years. So I guess its better not to order directly from them. I just hope eventually, my stuff will be sent....

i have found it is best to call them directly. i to have sent emails but never got any response back. They do this as a part time job and still work full time from my understanding. plus they still have to build their products also. my order took about 2 wks to get. i have found they are very reliable and a stand up company.

I'm fairly certain that they build everything to order. 1.5 to 2 weeks is a pretty typical lead time to receive your stuff. But, it's well worth the wait.

another thing, this might be the start of their heavy load season. the northern part of the country is getting ready to start flying and orders might be pouring in.

I remember the last time I ordered a couple of Badger switches and other misc items, they were just doing a production run of something and my order took a little longer. I just called him and he explained it. So this is pretty normal. I love the switches. They make them any way you want them (bare wires, various connector type, several outputs etc etc). And don't over charge you for the custom.

Everything is built to order. They usually wont do ONE item by itself. They wait till they are about to build a batch of them, at least thats what I was told the last time I talked to them

As stated they build to order, there's no assembly line spitting these things out. Took mine about 18 says to get to me, but it was worth it 10 times over (ok if it took half a year i woulda been mad but they were awesome). All the stuff is hand made and tested, so it takes a long time. Kurt posted here a while ago that they try to reply to all emails and calls but sometimes its just not possible. I called for my order and got good batts and a ton of tips and info i would have been lost without.
