It is exchanges like this that help me in making this app better. I'm loving this and trust me I am not complaining, the little wheels in my head are turning trying to come up with ways to make it all work

I'll let the kitty out of the burlap as well, I am almost completely done with a scoring app that works in conjunction with the Score program from Dave Smith. This is NOT a replacement to his software but something that is designed to take advantage of what these devices can do. Dave is working on adding a few things I need to finish this but in all honesty I do not expect it to go live until mid summer, hopefully sooner.

A basic overview is anyone that want to add the scoring to their phones can do so. The device then looks for the main computer and uploads the scores once the judges tell the device it is done with the round for a given pilot. I have it so that if you are just scoring and not actually judging then it will not try to transmit scores, even if you are doing it at a contest that is using the software/app

I would very much appreciate if you are using the app to go into the Apple App store and rate it and leave some comments and all comments are welcome. While it's not a big deal to me, users tend to look at ratings and comments and if there are none most people will not even look at it

While the numbers so far have me pleased considering the worldwide membership of IMAC itself, it might just help get more people to notice and use it, including non-imac pilots

Here are the current numbers for IMAC Lite as of yesterday for the last 26 weeks

Total current installs: 1412 current installs (this includes anyone that has uninstalled it and never re-installed it)

Total countries using it: 12 (top is the US followed very closely by the UK and Australia)

OK Based on suggestions I have added the ability to go to the beginning of the sequence you are in and start over as well as ending the sequence altogether or staying where you are current at (just in case you hit the button by accident)

How do I get to the area where I can rate it? The only time I see a screen to let me rate an App is when I delete the App from my iPhone.

Open iTunes on your computer, click on the App Store, search the App Store for IAMC Lite and once you find it open it and look near the bottom of the page for the "stars" and write a review

To rate it click on one of the stars, the first star is one star, the fifth star is five stars and will highlight them all, same thing with anywhere between

Cool, I actually tweaked it a bit after I posted the screenshot, I made the "Close Caller mode" lettering show in red, and the "Stay where I am" in yellow. Why, beats me, just messing around and thought it looked better

P.S. Yes, directions to a contest from where you are currently located to the field in question is a nice opton.

Now that is way to cool! Great for direction-challenged people like me. You're right. It gets better and better!

BTW. The IPAD notifies you automatically when their is an update to this app.

Thanks Chris, yep all apple devices should do that, especially if you have the App store app installed

Some screen shots from the next release from the iPad version, hopefully out this week sometime, it is in review at Apple and awaiting their approval

iPhone/iPod touch version. Remember, all three versions are identical. Also, there is an IMAC HD version that is strictly for the iPad and is based on split views, it is not quite up to the IMAC Lite app but it's getting there

IMAC Lite 2.0 has just hit the App Store,. there are numerous changes so be sure to update. Version 2.1 is 2/3rds done which includes many of the Caller mode and Map suggestions listed in the above posts and should be out by the end of next week
