Hey Bob, what is your prefered material to build off? i see some poeple go to extreme lenghts to make a table but yours looks simple and effective. many times i've tried to get a better look at the material in your pics! What is it?

I build off of a 3/4" aluminum honeycomb skinned building table, but many things will work just fine.

You can get the same performance by contacting a paper company or google for skinned paper honeycomb 1" or 2" the thicker the better and placing a singe ply of 9 oz. style 1800 or eqiuv. plain weave fiberglass cloth on each side using inexpensive polyester of epoxy resin, and that would last for many years as a building surface. If you want to just buy a panel then google the Nordam in Tulsa OK, and they will hook you up.

It is looking AWESOME. Can't wait. It will be nice to see you flying again!

Do you know what prop you are planning on running on this plane? If I remember you ran a 26X12 on the 40% DA-100 combo right?

With a removable rudder will this thing fit in a 10 ft. Trailer?

You are right about that, it will be great to start flying again.

I am running 26 X 12 on the 40, and I am going to run a 30 X 13 on the 200.

It would be a close fit in a 10 ft. trailer for sure, you would need to pull the rudder, spinner and fit it caddy corner in the trailer.

Great news about the trailer I was just starting to trailer shop. I'm so glad to hear it will fit! This plane gets better and better!

I love the Biela 26X12 on my 100cc Edge and thought that is what you were running on the 100cc.

Any thoughts on 33X12 vs the 30X13 or even the Biela 30X14?

That beast won't fit in a 10' trailer. Only if you cut it in half.

Maybe a 5x10 V nose with the spinner and rudder off?
