last night I had to do the hardest thing as an animal owner/lover ..I had to put down my 11 1/2 yr old Great Dane , Lucifer ...Damn good Dog and family member ..

Year before last I had to do that to one of my dogs that I had for a long time,,,,,,, hard to do but had to be done !

Poochie is just past 14 years....Getting slower each day. Pic was last Christmas eve.



With animals the life cycle is shorter than people... You know it is coming.... cant stop the end...it will even happen more than once to most people.

For me the best to do with my animals is to enjoy them while they are here, before sickness and all that....

Also applies to humans...

Vern, aside from the dates, the event simply didn't have any buzz. People start talking about FX3D in the fall, we were talking about 3D Bowl in early December, and as you can see, the Huckfest in Deland is already getting a lot of chatter.

Honestly, I could tell from the only 3 pages of posts in the Venice Huckfest thread it was going to be a dud, we had 25 pages of discussion on 3D Bowl before the event even started.

Hey Valley just use 2x4 joist hangers with the small bungee's that strap the back. Cheap, quick, and easily movable.

Sorry man know how you feel ! Had to put down my 200 pound English Mastiff about ten years ago and I cried like a baby. He had a brain tumor and became extremely aggressive. It got so bad that I had to drive my truck in the back yard just to feed him.
