Just purchased a Pitts S-1-11B 45% scale Pitts I believe to be from Hostetler plans as they are one of the few that make a Pitts this size. The canopy is missing and Fiberglass Specialties has been contacted, awaiting their answer, but even though Hostetler advertises cowl, canopy, wheelpants offered by Fiberglass Specialties for this size plane, their web page only offers the parts in 35% scale size which will not work on this plane. If anyone has a source for canopies, someone who molds them or might know of where one can be had, I'd appreciate the info. Paco Ritter: pacoritter@outlook.com wil get me.
