i hate epoxy glue but it save my ass to day , nearly left out the metal tiller for the springs

45 min type glue rudder has good movement and 3" on each sidepull pull cable next

Frank,
You might want to make an extended arm for your tailwheel. If you look at the geometry of the tailwheel itself you will see the tiller arm is shorter than the pivot point to the wheels axle. This makes the effectiveness of the tailwheel steering almost nonexistent. I made one for mine and one for my friends. Both suffered from terrible steering issues when flying off asphalt. Takeoff was fine but on landings the plane would want to ground-loop and you didn't have enough tailwheel steering to stop it. This occurred at slow speeds after the rudder looses its effectiveness.
