I have two PowerSystem Eq6. Which planes should I set them up with?
I have a few planes that I am working on. I have a Sig 1/3 scale spacewalker, a 108" Giant ugly stick and an extra 260 33%. Which would you run the PowerSystem Eq6 in? I figure the extra is #D capable the giant stick can move out as well. I was thinking of keeping the spacewalker simple. The extra is getting all futaba 9157's x 6 with a Futaba BLS for the throttle. The stick will have the older futaba 9152's X 5 with a utaba bls for the throttle. I have a bunch of Hitecs 5955 or 7955's for the spacewalker. I was thinking dual Life's for each plane 2500 mah?

Two a123/life batteries into two switches and then each set controlling half the plane.
Get a 18sz to get it aloft. Then put the non-redundant setup you spoke of into the plane you care least about and life will be good... |

Hi, digital servos will put the highest demand on the batteries and cause the highest current peaks. These current peaks are what can put your receiver into brownout. If you do use just a receiver for one plane then be sure you have a power input from the battery for every 2 servos. You might look at our BatShare Deluxe product for that plane. It would run 1 or two receivers with battery redundancy. Then just make a Deans or XT-60 adapter from the unit to the receiver with the required number of pigtails to make sure you have a low impedance path to the receiver by paralleling the standard connectors.
