So this 1233 servo would be good rudder servo for a 30cc using a pull/pull rudder setup? From what I've been reading & hearing a lot of people are using this servo for all the control surfaces and are happy with the performance. Thanks!

I smoked a pair of Futaba 9157's on my 35% rudder at HOW. Gonna try to replace it with one 2270 and see how it does.

Coupe is the one who turned me onto the Savox's................... So, I blame him!!! LOL!!! It was time for you to try Savox servos!!!

You run servos in the tail or in pull pull??

Pull Pull. I guess one of the 9157's locked up and the other one smoked trying to fight it....
I wish I could just run one on the tail on a push-pull but there's no way it would balance.
I have a Savox 1257 on throttle that is wicked fast and smooth. I imagine I will slowly change everything over.

Yup was a bad weekend for the futaba. My bls157hv ate it's gear train. So now I have a million dollar HV JR brushless on the rudder, it does have 563oz of torque.

Love my 2270's everywhere else though. Silent, fast, and accurate!

I've yet to put the 1257 on my throttle as well.........

It sucks that your servos burnt up, dude........... The 2270's may not have the torque of the 9157, 8711HV, 8911HV, but the cost makes up for it!!! I lost 40 oz of torque going from the 8711HV's to the 2270's.

I can come up with $125 easier than I can $200 for 8711HV's........ I've got a newer 25% coming soon, and my 8711HV's will outfit that airplane. So, why buy new servos, if I have more than enough servos to outfit a new airplane??

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, must be the 82T servo???? Wide voltage, slow start up, and also provides a rea.................... Whoops........... A little too deep.

I thought about buying one of those for my Yak 55M coming............ But why............ When I have 28 other JR servos sitting around.

I hope one is enough. Neal was ripping on that 37% Pilot Edge with one 2270 on rudder and it looked fine.

I don't doubt that. He shoveled dirt with the rudder all weekend doing those rollers.
