Hirobo EVO .50 build & fly.

Well, for all you heli hater's out there, want to see what $440 dollars get's you? Here ya go. I'll do a build (ooops, assembly) thread on this toaster/mixer. One thing for sure, it's a little less exciting when opening the box on a heli as compared to a new ARF plane.

You will love the heli, best flying .50 out there. Do yourself a favor and upgrade the plastic radius block and slide block to the following:

The stock radius block can and will eventually break, but other than this, this heli doesnt need any other upgrades to perform well. The slide block just compliments the radius block.

That heli should fly awesome. I came so close to buying it, I really wish I would have but not to say I hate my raptor, I just for some reason love the canopy on the evo 50.

I've already got the .50sxh and MP2. I'll probably just upgrade the motor at some point

I'll say this, the instructions are vague at best.

They have you put the motor in after the frame and skids are on? Looks great so far. Just one other question, did the screws feel real tight when you threaded them in?

I feel you on the whole vague instructions deal haha, definately not like airplane manuals.

Yeah, motor slides in from the bottom. They were tight, but not unworkable

Thanks. It was pretty straight forward and is framed up ( is that even a correct term for heli's?). Just gotta throw the radio equipment in.
