I've been buying these for a couple years now. Made out of really nice machined aluminum. Work great. 3D printing os so neat, can make just about anything.

I use cat food bowls from Walmart at $1.70ish, they work great. I put sticky Velcro on the bottom and it adheres to my SUV carpet.

Your idea is great but I think too expensive when alternate ones are out there for 5 bucks a set.

I did these last year, and never got around to finish them.
this one's for a 4.5" wheel (have also 4"+5" diameters).
simply slide it in using the ramp, too fitting diameter, and lock it with the other half. (to release must to be pulled up first.)
bangi hook-ups locations on each corner. interchangeable with each side. 9 colors.

Never! Lol! I do the same thing with mine.

These printed chocks look great. I could use some with ramps front and back i could leave on my work trailer floor. He should make some solid scale ones for the field or a bench top. Make a set and tie them together with some rope. I'd buy a set!

Anyone printing sets that lock the wheel in and eliminate the need for bungees and other tie downs? I'd sure like a couple sets like that.

here is a picture of a smaller set of wheel chocks, We used bungee's to hold the planes down. They seem to work real well.

So I don't have a trailer but my 91" Extra wants to roll in my car so this thread inspired me to print a solution. I drew this in NX-Unigraphics and made the bottom diamond textures to snag the carped and lock the plane that way. I made it wider than necessary because these are just for me and I was not sure how good they will grap. They grab indeed. I might reduce the size at some point but extremely effective solution.
