Sounds like a new engine is cheaper. 3wparts are expensive and cs parts are even more

Sorry, I thought it was a typo and you meant import.

What do you want to port it for, have you tried a tuned pipe?

Take it to a local gokart shop / engine builder .
Dont bother with the chainsaw shops most only buy, sell, service .
The gokart guys know how to get all the power you will ever need .

Exactly which engine do you ahve right now and what is the performance currently and what are expecting to get out of it..

I have a 3W-55Xi and am very impressed with it powerwise compared to other 55cc class engines.

Exactly, I would think a healthy 55Xi should fly the wings off a TF P51.

It's a 3w55 and I'm running a apc 22x10. On the ground it turns 6948rpm I want another 500 to 800 rpm

Wow, Can I get you to set up my engines for me? You must be one heck of an engine set up person. I have yet to see a walbro carbed 2 stroke retain an exact rpm reading down to the last digit, from one run to the next.

Having got that off my chest, why are you chasing rpm specifically? In the top end engines (one of which is the one you are posting about) you would do yourself much better to prop it to within the power band and use an appropriate exhaust system rather than messing with the porting. When you say you are chasing more RPM, why is that?
If it is because your plane isn't going fast enough for your liking, you may be more satisfied going to a higher pitch prop. If it is because you want an engine that absolutely wrings out and lets you go very fast, I would suggest you speak with Ralph Cunningham (Antique on these forums) and ask him his opinion on what to use as I know for sure he would be able to give some great advice. You can most likely sell the 3W to fund the new product.

Ok, that is my $0.02 (0.128 RMB)
