That video's probably great but that version has aspect ratio problems which distorts the look of everything on the screen, including the '47.

This version: https://youtu.be/QC1_A16ANdw

has a better aspect ratio but is lower res.

I grew up a few minutes from Republic, and about 35 minutes from Grumman, and my father worked at Bell on the P-39 until he shipped out to Tinian to spend the rest of the war with a Boeing B-29 or two. So the history of the planes manufactured by all has always interested me. While we're sharing videos, nothing tells more about the plane than the training video, IMO. A little funny since it's so dates, but interesting to anyone that wants to know more about the plane -- if you have 54 minutes.

Just a T-28 driver wannabe here... an awesome photo I saw and had to have. Also always have been a fan of the T-28 since building a plastic model as a kid and they sound so cool.

I saw the photo here a few years ago:

I've been lucky enough(?) to see T-28's,A1's,A37's,and even some B 57's doing close ground support a long time ago.Nothing though beats the sound of big round engines in a warbird doing their thing.Awesome stuff for a kid.

That's really cool! Something kinda different about the T-28 I read about, the exhaust is routed so that alternately firing cylinders are exhausted on opposite sides of the fuselage, so that the exhaust note is uniquely deep and distinct. Can any warbird fanatics clarify this?

Sorry guys, back on track....

The wheels came in on the order, the last required servo is in Canada, and all the linkage hardware has been delivered to my house!!!!

Between this and the Laser 60" my evenings for the next few weeks are going to be really busy!!!

Canada sucks! Won't even let a prop through! Customs added $300 to my AMR Waco at customs... ouch!

I don't understand, they said it was in Canadian customs, where could it have gone? Do you have any alternatives for a scale 4 blade besides Solo, which are priced out of my reach, even for a two blade.Does TBM have anything to suit your needs?

I have no ideas on what to do. The manufacturer is going to investigate and jb hobbies is going to do what he can and is willing to ship his own parts.

What kind of goomba would lose or steal a freaking RC prop?
