I agree. A 35% would have a 100cc engine and this is only 3.5% bigger and it has a 200cc engine? Not knocking the plane cause it looks good, but the size/%/engine combo just seems odd to me, that's all. Looks good though!

Just a side note/ random thought............While the big kits are great, why not some quality 50cc or even 30cc kits for those of us that can't afford or don't have room for the big toys? Seems to be a serious lack of kits for the smaller gas crowd. Just a thought.

You guys are comparing % scale to other models of full scale planes. The full scale Yak 54 is a huge plane, by comparison! 8160mm wingspan to be exact. 8160/25.4 * 38.5 = 123.68"

The full scale Sukhoi-31 has a 7800mm wingspan. 7800/25.4 * 40% = 122.8"

So the Yak 54 at 38.5% is bigger than an SU-31 at 40%.

Call it what you want in terms of scale. Bottom line..... it is a 150cc-200cc class model airplane.

You are correct. However, I'm just saying that when we are used to seeing a certain size plane, % wise that is, with a given engine size it just looks odd to see such a large deviation from that. That is all. Not complaining, just pointing out that the difference stuck out to me for some reason. I still think its a cool plane!
