foamy printer??

Can anyone tell me or provide links to where I can find info on how the foamie companies are mass producing painted foamies? i know they use a sort of "printer" but am curious how the process works since my airbrushing skills, well... they suck. Thanks in advance

Silk Screening would work.

They probably use flat bed printers which are very expensive.

I relize they would be costly, but I am still intrested in the process. I think something like this would be the final touch to my foamy addiction.

silkscreening is how thet do it man..... If you take a good look at the paint and all the perfect lines and streamers it's the same way they do it in the big poster shops.... Heck you might be able to go to a graphics shop and get them to set it up for you... It might be a little pricey but if it's what you want than thats the way to go!!!!

I would rather not get into silkscreening if I can help it. Any reps from the foamy companies wanna chime in here and give me some insight? been surfing the web a bit and it seems the best way t get several colors and shades is to use a inkjet similar process. I would only be making like 10 to 15 of a layout so I need to be able to switch it up without trying to mix up a bunch of paints and have templates all over the place.
