It looks like the Travelling Circus is rolling again in the morning. This time we are off to Goldsboro, NC for the ECRC 5th Annula Big Bird Fly-In (Oct. 13).

The plan is to meet at the Cracker Barrel in Smithfield, NC (at the outlet mall) at 6:30 am for breakfast and then it's over to "50's" town.

Haha, I wouldn't say that. I just live here. This is the land of Gurley.

On a side note, Kaos #1 is now Kaos dead. I had the elevator pushrod linkage(whatever it's called) pull out. It's repairable, but time will tell if it is to be repaired. Besides I have probably over 1000 flights on it. I didn't really have the room for both of them and a Funtana that I hate.(long story) So, it's armchair huckin for me the rest of the year.(like that's not what I've been doing already)

BTW, the Vess 11X4 was an awesome prop on the plane. Tail touching was definitely an option. Unfortunately, the nose touched first.

That's funny...I am thankful for buddy cords Told Alan it would hurt my feelings if I crash.

Thank you. I think I did pretty good. We didn't have a buddy cord today. Alan took off and landed today, but hopefuly tomorrow I can try.
Hope you are doing better Do-Rag
