Great Jeff, patiently waiting for the new EF MXS to come out.

My OMP Extra 300 v2 is going into it's third season of hard, hamfisted, stick-banging abuse. It's my 3D trainer and I pretty much suck at it. It's been inadvertently 3-point bounced off the ground a couple of times when I never intended to touch the ground (it's on it's second set of main gear, but the airframe never cracked), hard landed once or twice, stressed to it's maximum in the air numerous times, positive and negative, and slam-powered out of botched maneuvers more times than I can count. (I hope I never have to sell it, because if a buyer looks back at this post, I'm screwed, LOL.) It's on it's third engine for a couple of incidental non-airframe related issues that caused a few dead-stick landings, but the thing is a pussy cat with a dead engine - just glides down very predictably.

I just flew it today and it is as solid as the day it maidened. It was put together with top shelf components with the best assembly techniques I could muster including CA soaking everything I could reach, and the hinge gaps are all sealed.

The thing is an absolute tank.
