Honza, I am sorry to hear of your issues and the effort required to get them resolved. We have chosen our international distributors carefully based on reputation and their ability to maintain stock and support. We have made them aware of how we operate in the U.S. and our warranty policies that are extended to our customers here and suggested they take a similar approach. Ultimately however it is up to each distributor to set these policies for their region and look after their customers as they see fit. I wish we had more control over this, but we simply do not. Our margins when selling to overseas distributors are extremely thin and do not allow us to provide any type of parts support for regions outside of the U.S. Product support and the ability to provide reasonable shipping prices are the main reasons we have overseas distribution. May I suggest if you are not happy with how warranty services were handled to try another of our distributors for Europe. An up to date list can be found here: http://www.extremeflightrc.com/html/international.html
It appears from your post that Lindinger did get you new parts in the term between early July and mid August, which is a decent turn around time if the parts were not in stock and had to be acquired from the factory in China. I don't think we could have done any better here in the U.S. faced with the same situation.
Again I apologize for the issues and hope that now that you have the Extra flying you will enjoy it for many seasons. It is truly a great flying airframe!
Sincerely,
Chris Hinson

Pics from maiden day ... 5 flights. Great flying airframe and the DA70 ran flawlessly.

I don't know if it's just my eyes or what... but it looks like these motor boxes have a ton of right thrust in them. The plane flies great, so no complaints!

I've never tried the SFG's on mine... I've had a few planes that came with them, and now I have 2 sets for the 91" extra... I put one set in the trailer last week, so whenever I make it out to the field again, I gotta see what they do.

Sure it will fly with a DLE 55 but it will be a bit on the lower power side. Mine with a DA 60 on a RE2 is decent but not outstanding power.

The 55 will fly the 91" Extra fine, but it will fly the 88" Edge much better. The Edge is a 3D Beast!

Two EF EDGES fly at my field with 55's and performance is awesome. The EDGE and EME 70 are on my short list for Christmas.

Try them, you will like them. I've been flying with them on all the time and I like them.. Stable harrier, locked in knife edge and really cool knife edge loops. Just got back from the field. Love this airplane !

I'll have to do that... didn't make it out this long weekend, too many to-do's around the house, and leaving on Wednesday to chase a white ball around Myrtle Beach for a few days.

I love that red spinner on there! Can you please tell me where it's from?
