Thank you Smart-Fly
I just wanted to send out another praise for Smart-Fly and their support at IMAC events.
I went to my first IMAC contest in Fredericksburg, VA and came home with a 1st Place in Basic and won a new regulator to boot! My husband and I have been using Smart-Fly products for over 5 years because of quality and customer service...seeing support like this at events is icing on the cake! |

WhirlyGirl. Thank you for this post.
So many people are quick to ask for support at events, and many companies provide prizes. Then after the contest... NADA. I think if you come home with a prize from a show/contest.. a simple thank you would say a ton, just as your post did. SmartFly does rock, and do give back quite often. Thanks again for this post! And thanks to SmartFly for continuing to make great products and giving back to the community! |

Well, this is not event related, but I felt I wanted to share all the same...
After placing and order to outfit a new plane and receiving one item D.O.A. In this case a Turbo Reg. I was a little bummed because I thought this would cancel any chance of my plans of a weekend maiden.... One call to Bob Ritchey over a Smartfly, and he made it right! I now have a scheduled delivery of a new reg for tomorrow along with a return shipping label... That is customer service right there! Needless to say, I will continue to use there products... Thank You Bob and Smartfly!!! |

See below for definition. Definition number 2 is hilarious, I have never heard the opposite expression used before. http://www.urbandictionary.com/defin...term=The+Balls |

Bob Ritchey is the *hit for sure. Bob flies at the same field (EVA) as I do. Occasionaly he gets to get away from business and come fly with us. He is a great guy to hang out with and has supported all of the IMAC contests here in the Southwest....... SO ...... thanks again for all of your support Bob. Bill |

I flew my first IMAC in Basic two weeks a go.
Did not place first but won a SMART FLY regulator during the Pilot Raffle. This is going to be my first regulator in planes. I email the support with a question and had my answer in less than 15 minutes. Nice to see a manifacturer that support his product so well. |
