Has anyone been having trouble with getting product they ordered direct from Graph Tech?? My friend and I both ordered some landing gear from Graph Tech in July 2015 and we still don't have them. Now it is mid October. Haven't heard from him and he doesn't answer the phone or emails. Not sure if he is sick or what?

I think that the treatment you're receiving is representative of what everyone goes through with GraphTech. I say do not order from them, distinct lack of communications and declining quality of products.

I say this from personal experience too.

Everyone is having issues getting product from Graphtech. Customer service is through the roof with them excuse after excuse from them. From what I see they are on there way of going down under its a shame cause they have good products.

Graphtech has had communication and quality issues since about 2009 in my own experience, these two issues have only gotten worst with time. Buy yourself a carbon fiber gear from Pilot RC and don't look back...

TNT landing gear will be a great option for a new gear. Depending on size of gear, Tom can lighten it to save some weight. I actually prefer an aluminum gear now.

I stopped dealing with them in 2007.

My dealings with GT are in the hands of the BBB and attorney
GT can go jump as far as Im concerned !!
