I will go through your emails you sen me on the information on the Pawne and get working on it. I hope Pete Goldsmith is wrong about his statement about the market size.

Because you are much more familiar with this airplane/airframe, is there anything in particular that needs special attention?
How about an Aviat Husky. With just a few changes to the Cub . ya got One!

What motor are you installing?
If you are using cans do you know what the drop for the headers are?

Have you weighed it yet?

I'm looking at using a DA120 with cans so just trying to figure out the drop as I do not have my bipe yet but trying to do some pre-planning so I can get in the air as shortly as I can after I receive it.

What about servos, what are using?

Can you take some shots of the tail feathers and how the stabs are connected please?

100cc Hiper Bipe or Hyper Bipe as Team Edge sez

Mine is in at 14 lbs and 7 oz Ive got a 3w 80 and have not decided If I want to go with a 100.......this thing is LIGHT got a Big sundancer Sig with a DA 50 and it hover at 3/4 I think a 75 or 80 will do just fine..... I aint no Bill Hemple as far as 3D but I like this aircraft........Call it the Volumptious Vixen. The Sundancer has been modified and weight 26 lbs...... I just wonder if motor box will last long with a single ? In comparison the Big Sig has a 84" wing and the Hyper Bipe has a 87" in the 100cc class lot of great extra too cf wing tube and tail wheel set. open out door removable green house......7 8411 will set me back a bit but so,,,,,,,,,,,,,what

Go with the hundred. Remember extra drag from two wings and flying wires in the tail. Well I guess if you keep it under 24lbs an 80-85 would be ok but anything over or around that I would go hundred to get that little extra.

15 miles south of Muncie? I am in Brownsburg west of Indy. Keep us informed on the completion and flight characteristics.

Owild1,

How did you figure out which stab is which? Identical color scheme top and bottom!

Is yours actually together, solid or just puzzled togerther for photos?
Did you find the hardpoints for the control surfaces?

Whay S/N did you get? I have s/n 003.

No manuals so where is CG going to be?

I am putting a DA100L on standard mufflers. If she comers in at 18# or under she will be rcket ship as I have flown a 33# Aerotech Yak on this motor an it had ued vertical!

Hyper Bipe

Well after much consideration Ive decided on 75CC single money and time and loss of my beloved airfield which is now in beans. The farmer wigged out over the lawsuit brought forth at AMA over a lady hit by a sailplane...............so he drilled it in beans and told me the day after...... now I have the expense of buying a new location and developing a new airfield Bummer! Any way had to reengineer the motor box for a single..... and took a while to figure out the stabs and Cabanes had to measure the incidence on the wings 3 times ......so I set them at O on bottom and 1degree positive on top wing and still guessing at CG went with 4" Kavans for wheels and 2 24oz DuBros for tanks Thinking about A123 in tandem and no smart box simple straight foward and D.D high voltage servos.
