Re: PowerExpander Sport Plus Setup for Bi-Plane
I think you will probably find yourself doing the following:
2 right Aileron servos in one chanel, programe servos to match 2 left Aileron servos in one chanel, programe servos to match 2 Elevator servos split accross two chanels enabling sub trim adjustment in the radio. Or to avoid programing the servos you will need to use a matchbox/equalizer to match the aileron servos. Or look at a product from the power system range so you can use the servo adjust function |

Re: PowerExpander Sport Plus Setup for Bi-Plane
Hi Sideways,
thanks for the help. I managed to do Radio Mixing with Futaba 9C with Futaba 9ch receiver for biplane. 1. Right Aileron Ch1 as Master mixing 100% w Ch7(Aux1) as Slave - Null Aux1 at the Aux Screen. 2. Left Aileron Ch6 as Master mixing 100% w Ch8 (Aux2) as Slave - Null Aux2 at the Aux Screen. Ch9 is not useable for mixing and Ch3 for throttle, so I got Ch2 for Elevator and Ch5 for Gear. So, using the mixing again. Ch2 as Master mixing 100% w Ch5 (GEAR) as Slave - Null Ch5 at Aux Screen. End result it works. Now, the I got a question? Does Ch5 suited for mixing purpose or just gear purpose only? Anyone use this before and have no issue with it? |

Re: PowerExpander Sport Plus Setup for Bi-Plane
Hi,
If this does not work you can use two Equalizer IIs on the wings. If you use the Equalizer then just put one servo on each Equalizer and bring all 4 wing servos into the PowerExpander Sport Plus. |
