The building progress on my Pitts is slowing down....have too much to learn in the next 3 weeks. But then she will grow very fast I think/hope.

Yesterday I received some parts from Emcotec for Prometheus: DPSI Twin Maxi, LC Display and an APS 600 Smoke Pump...think these will work great.

Hey Guys, I just wanted to Chime in here and Not only welcome UWE to the Flying Giants Community, but also to let you know that UWE is outright one of the best scale modelers in the World Hands Down. I was fortunate enough to watch this whole project take form, from Skip and I working out the numbers and starting to plan a 33% (80") version of Prometheus all the way to Skip meeting Uwe at the Al Ain airshow and planning the Conversion of The 50% Modellbau Pitts S-1S to a 40% Pitts S-2S. It was outright amazing, for those who think a Pitts is a Pitts, you have no clue the amount of changes and conversion that it took to do what UWE did. If 3W does indeed make some Prometheus Kits, Uwe will be the man behind it, and they will hands down be the best Models in the Industry. The model 12 has dominated the Pitts scene in RC for too long, And a 3D capable Pitts that has neither a Round Cowl, or the words ORACLE written all over it, is Just what we need.
