So get this:

Dude here in Cincinnati was arrested because he called the cops and reported that a prostitute stole his cell phone. As it turns out he told the prostitute that he didn't have the money to pay her but he would give her his cell phone and she agreed.
Apparently this isn't the only time this has happened. Same dude was arrested two years ago when he called the cops to complain that he didn't get the kind of service he required from a prostitute in a bathroom at White Castle!
