Posted this over on the engine thread as well.

Put a tach on my engine today.

GP123; 6720 rpm with Falcon 28X10 Carbon Fiber, measured on the ground

Stock GP exhaust
approx 6.1 gallons of fuel thru engine and 9:48 hours run time
708 feet ASL
Air temp 88F
93 octane pump gas with Redline Racing @ 40:1
Idle rpm set at 1300

Engine is tuned reasonable well, could probably get another couple hundred rpm's on the top end if I leaned it out to the edge. Run too good right now. Very reliable and makes plenty of power.

I finally got to try out my new 123 today. I got about 1 3/4 gallons through it @ 32/1. My 29lb H9 Extra is turning into a rocket ship! Temperatures only read 120 degrees after landing. I retarded the timing back to 28 degrees which helped smooth out the engine in the air. I don't think I'll be trying the 29 x 9 because I can rip the 28 x 10 pretty easily. Very pleased so far!
