Hi Justin!
How much work out of petrol on the JC-120? To make the engine run-considered |

I have several people requesting more videos of the jc30. Here is another flight.

After several hours of hard use, my jc120 gave up. One of the conrod pin bearings is having too much play. Will need a new crank assembly.
This engine is from the first batch with the old cylinders. Here is a video:

Sounds like same old Chinese problem.. come on Kevin, spend a few bucks and get some good bearings..chainsaws go thousands of hours worKing way harder than our toy airplane engines..It's not exactly rocket science...

According to Kevin he is using all NSK bearings for mains and using IKO for con rods.

I think that he gets the cranks already assembled, becouse in the first jc60īs they where marked "DL". Knowing this and thinking that he is not using rejected parts, I would say that this is and isolated case. I will try to get a new crank and the new cylinders.
If I have another "Issue", I will look to another 120cc engine. To be fair, the engine runs pretty well, until now, and with the new cylinders, it should be even better. |

Im not sure about first batch of 120s as I never received those because I waited on new design. here is the 120 broke down pics which should be your new replacement parts. Contact Kevin and get your replacement parts, if you need any assistance let me know.
