Hi all

IMAC....INTERNATIONAL... Miniature Aerobatic Club.

Well it was a very fruitful season, we had 2 IMAC contests that defined us as a new section in the Israeli Aero Club, which is like the US AMA. This, Israeli Aero Club is under the rules of the FAI.

So, its a great pleasure to announce that from this day on, we have a national IMAC league in Israel.
In this last contest we had 15 contestants, 11 compete in Basic and 4 in Sportsman, the first contest we had 7 on basic, we also did a freestyle for all, just to show all that this is a great way to fly and that there is a great potential in this awesome way of flying, precision and 3D, together we have two wining Aces in our hands.
In this great event, we host two young American boys that competed with the Basic and Sportsman categories, Daniel and his brother Michael Holman from OG.
They flew very good and took the 2nd and 3rd places...well done friends ! Not to mention that they came all the way from the US, and practiced only for a couple of days.

We already have some sponsors for the next year, "Krill Israel" which holds... SECRAFT, KRILL, MEJZLIK, FROMECO and more.. and the local dealer for Savox servos...and more to come...
Also we have an IMAC forum in www.planesandmodels.co.il, so we've got everything covered.

Next year, 2010, we will have 3 contest, which the last one will be the national IMAC championship in Israel.
We sure hope that we will be able to send some pilots to some major contest in the US to compete, if that will happen than, we did our job well.

Soon I will upload some more pictures, we still are waiting for the photographer to edit them and post them on our Web-Site.

Excellent to see you guys did a second one, Looks like everyone had a lot of fun and I certainly look forward to seeing more of what you guys are doing

Maybe we need to setup an International area over on the IMAC site. I'll mention something to Don Hamilton on that subject
