I will say this. It would cost me a lot less money to move on from here with another brand servo, than to change all my radio gear to accomodate a couple of servos. especially when it has been shown to happen with more than just brand X. That being said. My 7950's are quietly sitting on my work bench waiting for a resolution to this issue. If it comes before the warranty period expires. I will send them in for replacement and go on with life, looking back at the bump in the road. If the warranty expires and I can not use these servos. i will move on, along a different path. |

You don’t have the option of keeping your mouth shut it your job to represent Hitec’s products. If the customers that are looking for a solution to a problem, have been systematically sending you information for over a year with your very sparse and reluctant participation finally get close to the resolution and find out you know the solution they would be disappointed in you. You are no victum. You have an important job to do and Hitec will not let you do it. I don’t dislike you, I do not know you, and how Hitec has forced you to handle this issue is what makes you feel daned. You did blame another brand and indeed bashed it by saying it’s the worst culprit and did not show one picture as proof. All the information that your customers sent to you points to the servo Hitec will not let you tell the truth and that’s why you feel daned. If you would have posted being in communication with Denise, and Rachel’s sister in any post prior to Rachel’s last post and talk about the strong possibility of the servo being the problem you would not appear to be misleading and secretive “ Good luck to you with whatever brand of servos you choose to use in the future” How totally wrong and dismissive. You have not understood the intent of any of my post. I want a Safely Working High Power Hitec 7950 TH nothing else. You talk as though I caused the problem and if I go away the 7950 will work. I am not your enemy I think I want the success of the 7950 way more than Hitec does, I have 2200.00 dollar invested in them. What about all of the people over the last year that have tried to help are you by saying good luck to me also saying good luck to them. Are we all enemies. You are no victim. What about eajohnson did you answer his post and contact him. Did you say anything in the way of thanks you showed us something we must look into. No silence. Hitec has known what the problem is from day one it was your job to keep the information confidential that’s why you feel daned Paul |

There are a lot of people that have given information, there are others that have done a lot of digging and testing. We thank them graciously.
The intent is not to bash the 7950 servo or Hitec. The 7950 has the potential to be one of the best servos on the market. I am sure the others feel the same way.... Or they wouldn't have spent the time and effort to have done the work they have |

A person can put up with it so much, When Mike gets info he shares it, He said he is relaying to Korea and I'm sure they are looking into it, When they come up with something they will tell Mike and then we all will hear it. You guys grunt and moan when he says nothing and then bite his head off when he trys to give info he has. Hell i'd tell the naysayers to move on as well and when Hitec does solve the problems, Which they will, then most will come back. The true fans will stick it out and hope Hitec well while the others give up and try something else. I've been in this hobby for 26 years and had a hobby shop for 13 of those years and put up with dissatisfied customers, but usually worked it out. Every company had problems of sort at times and it most of the time works out ( for the true manufacturers anyhow) and Hitec as well as JR Futaba Airtronics have been around for ages and have all went through the mill at least once.
Mike has no intentions to lie to anyone and may be stuck for words to try and keep us all in respect with Hitec, He is working on it. So why can't we just let Hitec do it's thing and keep peace with each other and enjoy this Hobby as a whole. |

Now I can finally lay the idea to rest that the prematurely wearing pots are NOT the root cause of the jitter and only a result of .(victim of the high resolution circuitry) I am talking with Rachel . She has been a few steps ahead of me all along with her findings ,tests, and research. I believe she may be holding the answer to the root cause of this jitter. The search for the root cause of this jitter issue WILL CONTINUE . Or I could just take a short cut! Hitec has the best gear train in the business. If I plant a JR8911 circuit board in a Hitec 7950...... nah thats like cheating!! Stay tuned ...more to come as this unravels .... like pealing an onion!!! |

Rachael is just getting frustrated. You guys!! Mike in between a Rock and a Hard place he will and is trying to get HTEC to fix the problem HITEC Manufacturing doesn't see these posts and it doesn't look like they have been listening to Mike give him a chance to get the problem fixed 3 weeks should be enough time for HITEC Man. to get back with a solution. After that then well ????? HTEC doesn't give a dam about it's customers and we will be sending every thing back to HITEC with the after market metal arms for a refund. ALL THE BEST Denise |
