He makes rings for all kinds of engines . One of his favorites is antique motorcycles . He is very well tuned in to RC community as well . Just wanted everyone to know he has customers from many different venues .

I also just ordered a DLE 61 ring last week. Wouldn't start a new DLE without one! Compression monsters coming!

I just emailed frank for my DLA112, I hope he's got them for dla, if not I will order some dle 111 rings, DLA is a copy of DLE so I'll take my chances. If they dont fit, I guess I will buy a new engine for my bowman rings.

Has anyone used the ring on a ZDZ 210? Interested in trying it out

YES I have done. Due to a recent and fortunate break and household move back to Thailand, I did not find enough time to further elaborate the numbers. If you are interested you can do a search on my posts from last year on the topic of comparing the factory versus Bowman numbers.

I will update new measurements asap

Not sure about the smaller motors, but I use bowman rings and Walbro carbs on all of my DLE 170's and if you change the carb to a Walbro, you have a fantastic running motor. Easy starting, great idle and super performance and great transition. I have only ran the Walbros on the 170, but wouldn't hesitate to do it on any of the others after the performance I get on the 170's

What is the Walbro number you used on the DLE-170 as this could be my next engine.

I put a WJ-71 on my DLE-111, best thing I have done for the engine. Have Bowman rings for it as well but have not installed them yet.

Based on what I have read on this tread, I ordered Franks rings for my full DLE line up; 30, 35, 55. This is the only product in the hobby that I have seen such a positive consensus!

Put them rings in that 111. Mine hovers my 45# clipped cub and will just pull out. Impressive I'd say!
With the walbro carb and bowman rings it's like night and day.
