This is Skinny Paccino's plane. It is arriving tonight to San Juan so we will fly it this weekend. It's another beauty built by Tony.

Here are some pics of Wilson's (Skinny Pacino) new Dalton 300. Wilson calls it "La Maravilla". Like Luiyo said, we hope to fly it this weekend.

Which Dalton is best for my flyind style? I like to 3Dum! Looking for a 40%er that hase almost no coupling in knife edge/hi alphaKE hairiers. Also like to do inverted hairiers and elivators that desend almost strate down.I want a plane that is very nimble and responseive. Dont like slow dragy planes.
I have thaght about a Dalton 300 with a ZDZ 210
or a 260 with a DA 170 but I would like to know what you guys think would be the best setup for me?

A couple taken in the past year...First was taken by 3D-Seth's father and the second two were taken by Darlene Cline in Tucson last October.

Get a 260 with a 150 on mufflers(or a 170 on muffs), you'll be around 36-37 lbs and have a freaking awesome flying plane. Don't kill the plane by putting a big 210 on it, it doesn't need it.

I agree... my 100% stock dalton kit (intentionally didn't lighten), DA150 with MTW 110 cans, 3 blader, 12 8611A's (3 per aileron, 2 per elevator, 2 on rudder), stock alum. gear, weighed in at 38.75 lbs.

It would be easy to take another 2+ lbs out of it... how? Use a CF main gear, honeycom the wings cores, cover the hatch with ultracoat (vs glass and paint), don't paint the inside of the plane, lighten the motor box... then you could run stock DA mufflers (not an option in my opnion), a two blade prop, run less servos (one 8711 on each elevator, two per aileron) 8 vs 12.
