Yes, there are clips-ons and paddles. I like the Galco paddle, but there are many good ones such as Bianchi, Rosen and others.
Here's Galco's paddle lineup. http://www.usgalco.com/default.asp Just google others and you'll find many. I don't normally carry a 45 concealed....usually rely on the Walther for that job. Earle |

i used to carry a Sig p250c SOB style, but once i started carrying my little sig p238, now im
carrying inside the waistband on my left hip.(im a left handed shooter) its a small frame gun so i barely feel it back there, i can sit comfortably without any problems. On another note, ive upgraded my battle born AR-15 quite a bit, oversized brownells charging handle latch, Magpul B.A.D. lever, Magpul MOE forward vertical grip, magpul "winter" trigger guard, and a cheap NCStar markIII scope.(my sister is hooking me up with a trijicon ACOG pretty soon, so the ncstar will be replaced. I also just picked up a badass wasr-10 AK-47, wich ive upgraded extensively... aluminum quad rail forend, different pistol grip,6 pos. adjustable buttstock, aluminum side scope mount, red dot reflex sight, and a 2 point battle sling with quick release mount. im at work right now, but when I get home i will post some pictures |

i dont leave home without my 9mm. another 380 placed right where i can reach it ,but it cant be seen. all of my weapons are allways loaded,except my rifles. no since having a pistol if it isnt loaded,unless you can throw good
 . but i dont have any young people in my home either
