Interesting that yall are tail heavy. Mine has a DLE 55, pro flow, and to get it to balance at 6.75-7" behind leading edge, my ignition batt is next to throttle servo, and my rx a123's are on the peice of wood above the wing tube. Thats with no fuel, 6.75-7" behind LE.

I was expecting to place my rx batts farther up, but it was nose heavy so i had to move em back

I find this interesting as well, my Edge is coming out perfect, with the Electric setup.... I even lightened up the nose a bit more for better cooling....

I went to Chief today and purchased a nice 6oz True-Turn spinner,that helped the CG a bunch It's about time somebody figured out how to make an Edge fly great and i love the fact that it is a T model.

That was my deciding factor for why i got this over the 89 Slick. I love Edges and finally someone made a great looking 540T. It just looks so sexy sitting there, i cant wait to see it in the air. And I forgot to mention that i dont even have a spinner on mine, so ill probably have to move batts way back when i get a spinner on. This is the second airplane for the DLE55, and am overall very satisfied with its performance. But I have to say the addition of the Pro-Flow really brought the DLE to life.
I get very aggressive pull out from a hover, even here at nearly 5000' msl.
No complaints...

Curtis said in another forum first week of march. So ten days - two weeks. Ill restate what others have said, and this is for all those who really want an edge but fingd them unavailable. There are only a limited number of edges in each container meaning a limited number per month. That's that, its not like they can bump up production on a moments notice either. So they are first come cirst serve when they get here, and they sell like hot cakes. So get your name on the likst early, go ahead and call Extreme Flight tomorrow during your lunch break. Get an edge reserved and then watch the site closely, and when they are in stock, call EF and they will fix ya right up. Its nice to talk to a person and know your on the list rather than hoping your mouse click was fast enough. Hope ya get it!
