My buddy Bill used this tool when he built my EE50 with the HD Dubro nylon hinges and they are perfect. He was really excited about it and told me, so I explored and now am a dealer.

These blades are 9mm wide (3/8) at the base so they will not fit into a standard Xacto #1 handle but will fit into an X-Acto #5 larger handle perfect. The other option is to modify them by grinding the base down from 9mm to 6mm to fit your standard Xacto handle.

Watch the video.

I have them now in stock with intro price of $17.99 for the three blades.

I also have the dubro HD nylon hinges in from a recent order, getting ready to show off at the Nall. These are great hinges for any plane with 3/8 inch balsa or wider for hinging .

Kenny I thought you might get a kick out of this tool and I will let you play with it for a cookie...

One of the nicest things of the flat hinges is that you can pull the pin to cover your aileron/rudder etc. and then put it back on... also, can pull the pins to do repairs.
