What header length did you go with Bob? I found that on the 85, the added 3 in extension improved my mid range big time on the Greves, which put me around a 14" header.
The headers are 12.5", I talked to Dave Johnson about the 170 today and he told me to start at around 12".

So, for the real fine grit sandpaper that ya'll are using, is it the silicon carbide stuff?

I was at the hardware store today and the only thing they had above 220 grits was silicon carbide.

Bob, Im curious how this works. Do you make the cowl and send it off to Aerotech or does the customer have to do this as well? Will this be pre made for the kit? Looking good.....

I believe he is making the plug for the proto type cowl then he will get someone else to make the cowls and I'm sure the kit will come with one.
