drilling dle 111 prop with drill guide
what position do you drill the holes for the best starting, I have some say 1 o'clock, some say 10 or 2'oclock. How do you know when you have it correct.

Thanks, That is where the prop is pointing when the sensor is on fireing spot. Correct.

Picture this: prop is horizontal, place jig into prop such that the top two holes are parallel to the horizontal prop. Drill the first hole with a 5.2 mm drill bit, remove bit, jig and blow the debris off of the prop. Place a 5.2 mm piece of drill bit stock into the just-drilled hole, then drill the next 5 holes! Viola, you're done.
